Even though I started my way to a better health and lifestyle five years ago, I still have challenges or goals that I’ve not quite met but is determined to get there. Lately I’ve become totally obsessed with more defined arms. I’ve made some adjustments to my workout routine but will pay close attention over the next few months to see if there are any notable changes. I’m also attempting to lose five more pounds on this challenge. In doing so I will take pictures regularly and share them with you right here on my blog. Maybe there’s some area in your fitness regimen that you would like to see changes in, join the challenge! I would love to hear what worked and what didn’t.
